Little Woman Design offers custom designs for each of its clients. The design process begins with a free initial 30-60 minute consultation with Francesca. If you live in the Greater Philadelphia area and its surrounding suburbs, this consultation can take place in-person at our Hatboro studio. If, however, you have found our company via the internet, this consultation can occur via email, telephone, video conference, or any other means available.
Free Initial Consultation
During your consultation, it would be helpful if you provided the following information:
- Your event's date
- Your color palette
- Your theme, if you have one
- Your budget
We will review various paper options, methods of printing, and samples of our previous work with you to find out what you would love to see for your invitation suite.
More Than Stationery
As Little Woman Design is a full-service graphic design studio, we can answer any questions you may have at the time of the initial consultation regarding how your design elements can be incorporated throughout your wedding, creating a cohesive look for your day! If you are interested in monogram or patterned lighting for your dance floor, a custom made photo booth photograph footer, an aisle runner, wedding day favors or anything else you can imagine, the initial consultation will be the time to see how Little Woman Design can bring everything together for you.
After your initial consultation, a timeline and proposal will be sent for your review based upon your wedding or event's date. While we recommend that your initial consultation occurs 6-12 months prior to your wedding or event's date, we will — if our schedule permits — do our best to work within the timeframe necessary to complete your stationery. Because all of our stationery is created uniquely for our clients, it is important to allow enough time for the design process.
Little Woman Design uses a project management system that is offered to our clients free of charge, allowing them access to all the components of their design, proofs, discussions, and timelines in one easy to access workspace. Upon receipt of your deposit and signed contract, this digital workspace will be immediately created for you so that your collaboration with Little Woman Design can begin.
Email and telephone support is included and unlimited. Francesca will provide you with up to 2 digital proofs of each stationery item. Once you have given final approval of your proof, the files will be printed, and you can expect to receive your shipment within 6-8 weeks after final approval. If you require only digital work (and not printing), we can accommodate your needs.
The investment you make in your wedding invitation suite, day-of stationery, and other designs needed is dependent upon the paper chosen, the printing method desired, assembly, and other embellishments needed. Package discounts are available for our couples who have Little Woman Design create more than one stationery and/or design project.
Our digitally printed, flat-card wedding invitation suite starts at $850.00 for a quantity of 100 and includes:
- Flat card invitation
- RSVP card with RSVP card envelope (return address printed on front of envelope)
- Free matching thank you card design (printing costs separate)
- Invitation envelope (return address printed on back flap of envelope)
